The business of the Annual General Meeting shall be;
- Opening, recording of attendance and apologies;
- President’s address and welcome;
- Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting;
- Discussion of business arising there from;
- Announcement of new members;
- Secretary’s Report;
- Presentation and receipt of Finance Officer’s Report;
- Presentation and receipt of the Auditor’s Report on the financial affairs of the Association for the last financial year;
- Presentation of the audited statement for adoption;
- Recommendations from Management;
- Receipt and adoption of amendments and additions to the Constitution and or By-Laws;
- Notice of motion;
- Election of Officers;
