Presenter Bio:

Joanna Mangan is a psychologist working with the Cancer Counselling Service, at Cancer Council Queensland. She completed her Masters of Counselling Psychology at the University of Queensland and has been working with children, adults and families for over ten years. Through her work at the Cancer Council, Jo has developed a particular interest in working with families coping with a diagnosis of cancer. Her work focuses on developing people’s skills in coping with the impacts of cancer on mental health, identity, and relationships. At the heart of her work, Jo focuses on adjusting to change, and supporting people to move towards a meaningful, values-driven life.
