Individuals

- Social Impact - Use your social platforms and networks to help spread awareness. Download our guide for more info...
- Wear it Proudly - Have fun and dress up – wear a green wig for the day, wear green clothes or costumes. Check out our shop...
- Get your local businesses involved - Do you know of a business or company that might want to help spread awareness through their products or involvement? Send them our way!
- Create a physical challenge - Run, swim or cartwheel - whatever you want, set yourself a challenge and have your network sponsor you.
Businesses
- Make it green - Create and sell a green product – think a green donut or cupcake, green cocktail or smoothie - and donate the profits!
- Turn your business lights green for the day.
- Donate a percentage of profits made during Lymphoma Awareness Day - 15th September.
- Ask staff to wear green and bring a gold coin donation.
- Download our Zoom backgrounds and use them at your meetings.
- Dare your boss to wear a crazy green wig all day – even to meetings!
- Host a morning tea, lunch or afterwork drinks and encourage staff to wear green and donate.
Schools
- Hold a casual dress day, but make it lime with a gold coin donation
- Bake sale – get cooking and make good use of that green food dye!
- Turn your classroom green – Shop here...
- Dare your principle or teacher to wear a green wig for a whole day - especially to assembly!
- Rock painting – paint them lime green, add a positive message and drop them around your local area. Include FB Lymphoma Australia so people can share when they find them
Hospitals
- Host a morning tea
- Turn the wards green with streamers, bunting and posters. Register for your fundraising pack here...
- Request a visit from one of our Lymphoma Care Nurses to provide free resources
- Staff can wear green scrubs
- Print off posters and put up in wards and waiting areas to raise awareness for Lymphoma Signs & Symptoms
